Chairman Wontumi has marked his 50th birthday with a significant act of philanthropy at the Kuntanase Government Hospital in the Ashanti Region, where he donated a fully equipped ambulance and settled the medical bills of all patients on admission.

The event, which drew hospital staff, community members, and political figures, saw the businessman and politician reaffirm his commitment to supporting healthcare delivery and improving access to emergency services in the area.

As part of the celebration, Chairman Wontumi officially handed over an ultra-modern ambulance to the facility to strengthen its emergency response capacity. The donation is expected to enhance patient transportation and improve critical care services within the hospital’s catchment area.

In a further gesture of generosity, he also cleared all outstanding medical bills for patients currently receiving treatment at the hospital, bringing relief to families and individuals burdened by healthcare costs.

The occasion was also attended by Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, Member of Parliament for the Bosomtwe Constituency, who joined in commending the initiative and supporting the hospital outreach programme.

Chairman Wontumi’s birthday celebration was marked not by a traditional party, but by what many described as a humanitarian outreach focused on improving healthcare delivery and supporting vulnerable patients.
